TELLOR, JANE- American 20th Century. An talented artist and Cavalier owner. Jane's charming depictions of Cavaliers especially of her own Cozy Cosette, have been lovingly drawn to raise funds for Cavalier charities. She has her own art gallery for your enjoyment at Tara's Cavaliers Website, owned by Karen Bernstein. It is hard to pick my personal favorite but the portrait of "Lucky and Joseph" depicted here really tugs at my heartstrings. Lucky Star was a Cavalier rescued from a dog auction and Joseph is the boy who first gave her love.

TERBORCH, GERARD - BELGIUM (1617-1681)

The same little Cavalier seems to be in all three of these paintings. The paintings are part of a series of work that tell a story. It is an old fashioned courting story ending in marriage. Very romantic and told entirely through the artwork. And this sweet cavalier seemed to be a part of it all.
